Hi, I'm Kara,
and welcome to my home bakery, P4 Patisserie.

I've been a baker for over 10 years in the heart of Halifax's North End. While I find the science and art of pastry captivating I found myself needing an outlet to express my creativity, outside of my day job. So, in the autumn of 2017, P4 was born,
With P4, I strive to provide simple yet stunning sweets, balancing fun with elegance. I started P4 as a made to order bakery. I have since expanded to include vendoring at local markets. My business is continuing to grow and I have a vision to open my own storefront someday.
P4 At The Market
You can find us at the Alderney Landing Farmers Market every other week. We will be there with our selection of cookies, including macarons, sugar cookies, meringues and other sweet treats.
Outside of Alderney Landing, we vendor at many other seasonal markets and pop ups over all around the HRM. Be sure to follow us on instagram and facebook for updates, to know where and when you can enjoy P4.

As I'm a one woman show, my market locations change from week to week. To service both Hailfax and Darthmoth I alternate between the Alderney Landing and the Halifax Brewery Farmers Markets, with the occasional speicaltly market squeezed in. You can see P4's market schedule below
